His professional experience includes the structuring of closed-end funds, private equity and real estate investments, the formation of offshore entities, and the development of purpose-specific investment vehicles. He advises on international corporate structures, offshore banking, asset financing (including aircraft and yachts), multi-jurisdictional corporate compliance, structured credit operations, and debt refinancing in both Brazil and the United States. Additionally, he provides guidance on securitization transactions and public-private investment frameworks involving both onshore and offshore financial institutions.

Mr. Evangelista is licensed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax preparer and as a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), enabling him to assist foreign individuals and entities in obtaining ITINs (Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers) and to certify original documents without the need to mail sensitive originals to the IRS—significantly simplifying tax compliance for international clients.

He is also a Florida-commissioned Notary Public, allowing him to perform notarial acts including acknowledgments, jurats, and certifications, which are essential in various legal and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Evangelista holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) in São Paulo, an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and a specialization in U.S. Federal Taxation from the University of Illinois.
