Through our Marine Services Department, E&G provides specialized support to clients acquiring and registering yachts and other vessels in the United States and international jurisdictions. From our Miami office, we assist with evaluating and selecting the most appropriate flag and jurisdiction of registration, taking into consideration the specific requirements, benefits, limitations, and costs associated with each option. Our team can also coordinate the entire vessel registration or deregistration process, including the preparation and submission of documentation, completion of required forms, liaison with maritime registries and local authorities, payment of applicable fees, and, when required, the appointment or provision of local representation.
